Twilla Hoekstra, age 74, of Rock Rapids, IA, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Fellowship Village in Inwood, IA.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the First Reformed Church in Rock Rapids, with Pastor Steve Van Wyhe officiating.

A private burial will take place prior to the memorial service at the Riverview Cemetery in Rock Rapids.

Visitation will take place during the lunch following the memorial service.
