Timothy James Douglas Vogt
February 6, 2026 – February 8, 2026
Timothy James Douglas Vogt gained his heavenly wings on February 6, 2026. He was born still into this world on February 8, 2026, at 10:18 a.m., and placed gently into the arms of God.
His parents, Mitch and Ashley (Jackson) Vogt, will receive family and friends on Sunday, February 15, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Jurrens Funeral Home to honor and remember Timothy’s life. The family asks that you honor Timothy’s memory in your own special way—through flowers, kindness, prayer, or support for families experiencing infant loss.
Though Timothy never took a breath among us, he was deeply known, fiercely loved, and endlessly awaited. From the very first moment he was held, his time with us was filled with immeasurable love and has forever changed our hearts.
Timothy was a precious gift, deeply treasured and longed for. He will be remembered every day and forever held in the hearts of his family as a reminder of how deeply a heart can love.
God entrusted Timothy to our family for a sacred and beautiful moment. Though his earthly journey was brief, the love he created is everlasting. We take comfort in knowing Timothy is held in the arms of Jesus—free and whole—while we carry him in our hearts until we meet again.
He will always be our son—
loved beyond words,
missed beyond measure,
and carried with us for all time.
A special thank you to our birth care team, especially Ashley’s nurses, and to the Oaklyn Foundation for their compassion and support.
“Some only dream of angels — we held one in our arms.”
