Richard Anthony “Dick” Meinen passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, in Katy, at the age of 81 surrounded by his family.
Graveside service will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2022 at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Ashton, IA, with Father Siby Punnoose officiating. There will be Military Honors by William Ben Hoffman American Legion Post No. 290 of Ashton.
